Code of Conduct & Library Rules

  • Strict pin-drop silence must be maintained in the study hall at all times.
  • Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode inside the library hall. Taking phone calls inside the study area is strictly prohibited.
  • Eating food or snacks inside the study hall is not allowed. Please use the designated Lunch & Refreshment Area.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at your desk and common areas.
  • Any damage to library property, chairs, or electrical sockets will attract a penalty fine.
  • Distracting fellow aspirants or creating disturbance will lead to immediate cancellation of membership.

Seat Reservation Policy

  • Seat reservation is completely optional for all members.
  • Reservation fee is ₹50 extra per shift per month (1 Shift = ₹50, 2 Shifts = ₹100, 3 Shifts = ₹150).
  • Seat reservation is subject to seat availability at the time of admission.
  • Seat reservation is confirmed only after full fee payment.
  • The management reserves the right to reassign reserved seats in exceptional situations or maintenance needs.

Fee Payment Policy

  • Fees must be paid on or before the due date at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Membership access starts immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Delay in fee payment beyond 3 days of due date may result in suspension of library access.
  • Online payments via UPI (QR code) and cash at administration counter are accepted.
  • Official payment receipts are provided for all transactions upon request.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Membership cannot be paused or extended due to personal absence, holidays, or festivals.
  • If a member wishes to cancel membership, no pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining period.
